Refund policy

At Delanoir, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for all items purchased on Delanoir.com.


1. Eligible Items for Return

We accept returns of all items sold on Delanoir, provided that they are:

  • Unworn

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact

We do not accept exchanges of any kind.


2. How to Start a Return

All return requests must be submitted through our Returns & Refunds Center.
Returns require a Return Authorization Number issued by Delanoir.com

After you submit your return request:

  1. You will receive a Return Authorization Number by email.

  2. You will also receive detailed return shipping instructions.

  3. Once approved, include your Return Authorization Number inside the package and ship the item(s) back to us.

Kindly note that, the return shipping is the customer's responsibility.


3. Return Window

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The return window begins when tracking shows the order as “Delivered.”

  • For orders shipped in multiple packages, the 7-day window starts from the delivery date of the final package.


4. Conditions & Restocking Fee

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., worn items, missing tags, missing packaging, or returns requested outside the return window), then:

  • We may decline the return and send the item(s) back to the customer, or

  • At our discretion, we may accept the return with a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund.


5. Refunds

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
