Refund policy

At Delanoir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures for items purchased from Delanoir.com.

Delanoir accepts the returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with an SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. 

Customer has to initiate the return from the Returns and Refunds Center, and Returns are subject to a Return Authorization Number from Delanoir.

Upon a return request, customer will receive a Return Authorization Number over email along with return shipping instructions. Once approved, include your Return Authorization Number with your return shipment and ship the order back to us. Kindly note that return shipping is completely a customer's responsibility.

A Return request must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows the status as delivered) of receiving the order. 

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria will not be eligible for the return and will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the issue is due to a shipping error or a damaged item. 

  • Refund will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned order.

  • We will email you after the return has been processed to keep you updated.
