6. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds process is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. Below is a summary of our policy:

1. Eligible Items for Return

We accept returns of all items sold on Delanoir, provided that they are:

  • Unworn

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact

We do not accept exchanges.

2. How to Start a Return

All return requests must be submitted through our Returns & Refunds Center.
Returns require a Return Authorization Number issued by Delanoir.com.

After submitting your return request:

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number by email.

  • You will receive detailed shipping instructions.

  • Once approved, include the Return Authorization Number inside the package and ship the item(s) back to us.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

3. Return Window

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The return window begins when tracking shows the order as “Delivered.”

  • For multi-package orders, the 7-day window begins when the final package is delivered.

4. Conditions & Restocking Fee

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria (worn, missing tags, missing packaging, or submitted outside the return window):

  • We may decline the return and send the item back, or

  • At our discretion, we may accept the return with a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

5. Refunds

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or harmful activities, including:

  • Harassing other users

  • Attempting to disrupt or compromise website functionality

  • Misusing or abusing our services
