2. Are all the products imported?

• • Yes, Delanoir follows a global sourcing model and all the products are imported from china. However, we keep a stock of our products at a supplier warehouse in California to meet our shipping timeline.

3. What are your response times?

• • We respond to all customer inquiries within 5 business hours during business days (Monday-Friday). Emails received over the weekend will be addressed the following Monday.
